The rooms are spacious, pleasant and bright: one is orange, one is green, one is blue; each of them is furnished with two beds, a wide wardrobe, two bedside tables , two desks and two chairs.
In every room there is a television set.
The landlady supplies you with bed and bath linens (sheets and towels).
She changes the linens and cleans the apartment once a week (or when the guests are changing).
In the apartment there are two bathrooms with shower, bidet, basin and toilet. In one of these bathrooms there is also a washing machine, which can be used by the guests.
You can hang the washed clothes on the beautiful sunny terrace that overlooks the courtyard; on the terrace you can also sit and sunbathe.
The kitchen is practical and well equipped. If you like cooking and eating at home, you'll find all the necessary equipment, including the oven, a toaster, a dishwasher and a fridge (next to the house there is a "delicatessen" shop; a supermarket is within walking distance). There is plenty of tableware and cookware, dishtowels and aprons.
If you don't like to cook and eat at home, you can sit and eat in the bakery in front of the house.
In the storeroom you can find the electric iron, clothes and shoes brushes, needles and yarns.
In the dining room there is a colour television and a DVD set.
Several tourist booklets and leaflets with information about Italy, magazines and books are at your disposal.
